Due to significant transition in cellular coverage from 1900 MHz to the 850 MHz, many FL1750 fleet tracking units that you have could be experiencing a possible reduction in coverage. Further, due to changes is carrier roaming arrangements, we have been informed by our cellular provider that the SIM cards that have been used in these FL1750 units will become ineffective as
of the end of July, 2008. This has forced us to discontinue support for the FL1750 product line and the fleetilla.net website as of July 31, 2008.
Fleetilla will offer, free of cost, an upgrade to the Fleetilla FL1850 tracking unit for all customers who are currently using the FL1750 hardware along with the fleetilla.net website. The free upgrade offer to FL1850 is valid till July 31, 2008. Please contact your account representative to coordinate the logistics. In addition to being able to maintain your monthly fees at the current level, once all your fleet vehicles are upgraded to FL1850, you will be able to use Fleetilla's latest web interface (fleetOrb) to manage your fleet.
